Shipping & Tax Policy

Appalachian Bluegrass Shoppe currently only offers shipping to the continental United States. (48 States), and only charges sales tax on items shipped to the sate of Maryland.

Shipping Damage

Please do not accept any shipment if the packaging appears to be damaged in any way. For undamaged packages,we suggest that you inspect your package immediately after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Our Return Policy

Appalachian Bluegrass Shoppe offers a 7 day return policy on all of our merchandise purchased in store and online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original, brand new condition, with no signs of wear or use. Returned items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranty cards and accessories.

Refunds are made for returned product value only. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges in both directions.

If you received an order with FREE SHIPPING, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
